A doctoral student in sociology in Chicago in 1988, Loïc Wacquant one day joined a boxing club in the black ghetto. “I was the only white person in the room, the only one wearing glasses […]. Mikaela Liaroutsos, the chef of the Greek restaurants étsi-le bistro and étsi-l’ouzeri, and photographer Anna Leonte Loron have imagined a sensory journey at the Espace Voltaire in Paris. Anna will be exhibiting the very beautiful photos of a book designed with Mikaela who, in the evening, around a large table, will offer the recipes from the book, including her mythical orange cake.
