And if the author has taken his share of blows, the reader receives human uppercuts.

Mikaela Liaroutsos, the chef of the Greek restaurants étsi-le bistro and étsi-l’ouzeri, and photographer Anna Leonte Loron have imagined a sensory journey at the Espace Voltaire in Paris. Anna will be exhibiting the very beautiful photos of a book designed with Mikaela who, in the evening, around a large table, will offer the recipes from the book, including her mythical orange cake.
