As part of the competition Our neighborhoods Dieppe (Seine Maritime) have incredible talent scheduled for October 1, 2022, your diary Dieppe information decided to relay the portraits of the different attendees.
We are going to introduce you to the 14th, 15th and 16th candidates: Eugénie Whaleness, Léa Zannis and Thomas Bliet. As a reminder, the objective of the competition is to highlight a Dieppe resident with a talent or know-how that lacks visibility.
To feel better about your body
Eugénie Icart has been a yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner since 2019. She describes herself as someone dynamic, social and with a lot of second degree.
“Basic sportsman, yoga and massage came to find me to make me discover a completely different vision of movement and health, starting with my own,” she explains. As these practices helped me to feel better in my body and my mind, it became obvious to me to deepen my knowledge so that others could also benefit. »
In 2020, the young woman created Eugénie Whaleness to help her clients take care of themselves with simplicity and kindness. She practices Thai massage and Chi Nei Tsang, a massage of the abdomen. She has her own practice on rue du Dr-Cassel.
But that’s not all, she also practices Hatha, Yin, restorative, pre and postnatal yoga.
She will soon be offering weekly classes at the Positiv’ complex in Neuville. If she wins the competition, she would like to obtain yoga equipment for at least six people with mats, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets, “and if possible technical training in osteopathy applied to massage”.
A fashion designer
Léa Zannis is a fashion designer. She studied fashion, material and surface design at ENSAAMA in Paris. Subsequently, she studied fashion design at the Royal Academy of Antwerp, Belgium.
She started her activity in 2019. She makes fashion accessories, cuffs, collars, balaclavas, hats, gloves, leggings, but also made-to-measure and made-to-order clothing.
She also presented her first collection. If she wins the competition, she would like to obtain sewing equipment such as fabric for example or help to pay for the overhaul of her sewing machines.
A professional musician
Thomas Bliet aka Mulotcore has been making music for 15 years and he mostly taught himself. He fell in love with music by listening to albums and he gradually turned to rap and metal. Mulotcore plays guitar, bass and some drums.
“I compose, I write and I perform. I work in partnership with relatives, themselves musicians in order to put my texts to music. He records his projects in a studio in Déville-lès-Rouen.
Recently, the musician began to professionalize by presenting his performances on stage. He participates in different musical projects: with a DJ but also in a metal band and he collaborates with other musicians. His work can be seen on his YouTube channel.
If he wins the competition, he hopes to get “all the support you think is necessary for me to continue”.
