October Rose returns for its 29th edition. Throughout the month of October, the brands are committed to the fight against breast cancer. Focus on our favorite initiatives.
The 29th edition of the Pink October campaign is officially launched. Since 1994, this annual event has been led by the Ruban Rose association, which raises public awareness of breast cancer screening. And for good reason: it is the most lethal cancer in women. Nearly one in eight women will develop breast cancer during her lifetime. In 2021, it carried off 67,800 women worldwide.
Pink October: what is it exactly?
Throughout the month of October, the greatest historical monuments are decked out in pink to show their commitment against breast cancer. Cities organize actions and events and many brands launch limited editions, part of the sales of which is donated to associations fighting against cancer. The goal ? Encourage women to be screened and financially support research to save as many lives as possible.
To participate, you can make a donation directly on the cancerdusein.org website, or fall for one of these initiatives as beautiful as they are committed.
