How to cultivate self-esteem when the body ages? How to better manage your emotions, communicate and stay in touch with others? From November to December 2022, the association “Les colporteurs” and the Center Local d’Information et de Coordination (CLIC) Center Vosges, organize a film-debate followed by workshops for seniors on the theme of “successful ageing”.

The workshops begin Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 2 p.m., at the Bruyères village hall, with the film-debate “De plus en plus de vie”, a 52-minute documentary in the form of testimonies which changes the way society looks. on aging, but also of the elderly on themselves.

A time for discussion following the broadcast of the film aims to unblock speech and enrich each other by sharing experiences.

4 workshops, 4 dates :

For all workshops, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., Salle du relais de la cité, 19 bis rue du Général de Gaulle, BRUYERES

1st workshop: Thursday, November 24 “the art of aging well”

2nd workshop: Tuesday, November 29 “how to love senior”

3rd workshop: Thursday, December 8 “self-esteem is cultivated”

4th workshop: Thursday, December 15 “better manage stress”

The Local Information and Coordination Center (CLIC) is a medico-social information service dedicated to the elderly who face a loss of autonomy, linked to age or disability and living at home.

About the association “les colporteurs” :

Created in 2019, the association “Les colporteurs” is an association with a cultural and artistic vocation that affects all audiences. It organizes writing workshops, conference cycles and workshops for seniors on the art of aging well, managing emotions or improving self-esteem, literary cafés… It also offers shows for children and all audiences (interactive shows, forum theatre, storytelling, puppet games, etc.)
