“One day, I remember, it was a Tuesday, I turned on my computer and I had 250 emails waiting. I slammed the PC and I called my husband to tell him that I was going, that I was going to open my beauty salon. »

Her “baby”, as she calls it, was baptized Roséla, in reference to the first names of her two daughters.

“My objective is not to be in profit with the famous adage, time is money. For me, what matters is to create an intimate atmosphere, to establish a relationship with the clients, to bring them well-being because physical and moral relaxation are linked. »

The range of treatments and products offered for sale is reduced “because in the end, we want a result!” The client arrives with a goal and leaves having obtained it. I take the time to understand their wishes and I explain to them what we are going to do. »

After 5 months of opening, everything is going well for the Roséla Institute, which has found its
customer base.

“It’s a lot of work and also stress but nothing to do with my previous life! »
