As she reveals in a recent interview with the British edition of vogue, the 30-something has completely revised her skincare ritual in recent years. “I have improved a lot in taking good care of my skin. In my early twenties, I was just like, “I don’t want to deal with this,” but now I put on sunscreen, use toner, and moisturizer. I have a whole routine”, she reveals in this interview.

Cleanse, purify, hydrate

The Kérastase muse says she pays particular attention to removing make-up and cleansing the skin. “I wash my face every night – well, I try to. I use Bioderma – it’s a French pharmacy product which is an incredible makeup remover,” she reveals, referring to the famous soothing micellar water Créaline H20 (€12.50) from the brand recommended by dermatologists. “It’s the only one that does the job and doesn’t feel like it’s leaving something on your skin or drying it out,” says the young mother.

Then, Emily Ratajkowski goes to the treatment. “Once I wash my face, I use [la lotion] P50 from Biologique Recherche”, she continues, quoting this other brand made in France Americans envy us. “I’m someone for whom retinol is too extreme, so it’s a happy medium. It balances my skin and I layer it with a fairly thick moisturizer,” she says about this exfoliating and purifying treatment (€26) recommended for oily skin.

To moisturize her skin, the supermodel uses great classics from our apothecary: “I love Biafine, it’s a moisturizer. He is so good. Once I really burned [ma peau] – I had a crazy sunburn – and that’s the only thing that cured it, ”she says. Her second favorite? Eucerin’s Aquaphor Balm, “another amazing product,” she says. An opinion shared by many celebrities such as Beyoncé, Nicole Kidman or Meghan Markle, among others, who have mentioned it among their favorites in interviews.

Finally, “EmRata” also praises the merits of the hybrid formulas between make-up and skincare that she finds “brilliant”: “I have the impression that drugstore make-up has a bad reputation, but I think it’s really good. I have highlighters and incredible little things, ”she concludes her order.
